Amy and Yuval lived on opposite ends of New York City. As luck would have it, on March 23, 2007, they ended up standing in line together, each waiting to order drinks for themselves and a group of friends at Little Branch, a bar in the West Village. The place was packed, and the line for drinks was long; they noticed each other, Yuval broke the ice with a joke about the raw eggs in a cocktail the bartender was preparing, and by the time they reach the head of the line, they had struck up an animated conversation. They talked for the rest of the night. As Little Branch was closing, and with their friends long gone, Amy and Yuval exchanged phone numbers, and the rest is history.
The couple designed their wedding to reflect the unique mix of elements that come together in Aspen. They knew they wanted their wedding to occur right amongst the mountains, trees, and natural beauty of the area. Yet they also wanted their special event to have an elegant and luxe touch. They hoped to bring it all together to create a warm, informal, festive celebration. With the help of DL Events and Mountain Flowers of Aspen, Amy and Yuval transformed the T Lazy 7 Meadow from a horse pasture into a fairytale wedding environment that was everything they’d hoped for.
